Training must be usable
knowledge. So GIL Team has designed training programs that ensure
that every lesson is learned, practiced... and retained. And we
give your team the skills they need to make sure that what they
learn can be applied. We will transfer to you all we know. We
not only give you tools but help your people consider cultural
issues and sustain change. Our goal is for you to be self-sufficient.
Courses can be offered
on site. Depending on the course the length can vary from one
day to three. Workshops generally are from three to five days
in length, with full service consulting included. All offerings
are available in English and Spanish.
