Enhance Employee Performance
The Challenge:
- Improve employee
morale and motivation
- Provide ongoing
measurement and training programs
The Solution:
- Focus groups and
surveys among employees along with planning sessions with Park
management laid the groundwork for developing an employee-oriented
Performance Improvement seminar
- All managers and
supervisory personnel were given training in performance improvement
and managers were guided in the creation of a long-term strategic
plan
The Results:
- Deployment of
the Performance Management System occurred ahead of schedule
- All employees participated
in the now mandatory performance management seminar
- Individual employee
performance was tied to the strategic plan
